Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Experience 1-2 years

Machine Setup :

Prepare CNC machines for operation by installing tools, setting workpieces, and inputting program parameters.

Reading Technical Drawings :

Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and engineering specifications to understand machining requirements.

Running CNC Programs:

Load and run CNC programs (G-code / M-code), ensuring the correct execution of machining operations.

Monitoring Operations :

Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications.

Measuring and Inspecting Parts :

Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to check dimensions of finished products.

Tool Maintenance :

Replace or adjust worn cutting tools and monitor tool condition to ensure high-quality output.

Quality Control :

Identify and report defects; ensure that finished parts meet quality standards and tolerances.

Routine Maintenance :

Clean machines and perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., checking coolant, lubrication).

Troubleshooting :

Diagnose and fix minor issues with machines or machining processes.

Safety Compliance :

Follow company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.

Production Reporting :

Maintain production logs, record output, and report issues to supervisors or maintenance teams
