Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, milling, or grinding) to perform machining operations as per requirements. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Load raw materials and tools into machines and ensure proper alignment. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning. Maintain accurate production records and report deviations or defects. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve machining issues.
