Job Description

Job Summary:

A CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Set up CNC machines by loading programs and adjusting tools Operate machines to cut, shape, and finish metal or plastic parts Monitor machine operations for accuracy and quality Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness Report production issues to supervisors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code preferred) Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Understanding of machining processes and tooling Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work independently or in a team

Education & Experience:

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Machining Technology preferred 1-3 years of CNC machine operating experience (freshers can apply )

Pay: ₹10,178.43 - ₹18,500.15 per month
