Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC machinery, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.) to produce components as per specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machine settings and requirements. Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and tool adjustments. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and troubleshoot machine or tool issues and report to supervisors as needed. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance and improve productivity.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing or equivalent. Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role. Knowledge of CNC programming (basic knowledge of G-code/FANUC/Siemens is a plus). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with precision measuring tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently. Willingness to work in shifts if required.
