**Job Title:** CNC Operator **Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate machining of components according to specifications. **Responsibilities:** - Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to set up CNC machines. - Load materials into the machine, ensuring proper alignment and secure clamping. - Program CNC machines based on job specifications. - Monitor machine operations to detect any deviations from the set parameters. - Adjust machine settings and offsets as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. - Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role. - Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints. - Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation. - Ability to use precision measurement tools. - Knowledge of materials and machining processes. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. **Education and Certification:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Vocational training or certification in CNC machining is preferred. you possess the required skills and are passionate about precision machining, we invite you to apply and be a valuable member of our team.
