Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible

Homag Machine Operator

to join our production team. The candidate will operate and maintain Homag woodworking machinery (CNC, edge banding,Beam saws, drilling/routing) used for modular furniture and kitchen manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate

Homag machines

(e.g., Hpp-180 BHX, CNC, Edgebander). Load and align workpieces accurately on the machine. Interpret design drawings, programs, and technical specifications. Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and precision. Conduct routine checks, calibration, and minor maintenance of machinery. Detect and troubleshoot errors in operation or material feed. Ensure timely completion of production targets with minimal waste. Follow all safety standards and operational protocols. Maintain cleanliness and order around the machine work area. Record production data and report to the supervisor regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in operating

Homag or similar CNC woodworking machines

. Understanding of panel processing, cutting, drilling, routing, and edge banding. Ability to read production drawings and interpret machine programs. Basic understanding of machine maintenance and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Minimum qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Wood Technology preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in the

modular furniture or kitchen manufacturing industry

. Knowledge of software like

woodWOP

is a plus. Flexible, team-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Pay: ?11,623.01 - ?23,275.37 per month
