Job Summary:
The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components as per technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning).
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining.
Monitor machine operations to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.).
Record production data and report deviations or defects.
Maintain a safe and organized workspace following company safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist trade.
1-3 years of experience operating CNC machines.
Knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC programming (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Attention to detail and good mechanical aptitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
