- CNC- Engineer would beresponsible for complete machining and programing activity including provingout new components. He would be required to
- meet productivitytargets.
- Independently operateCNC machines e.g. VTLHMC, working in shifts
- Proving out newcomponents on Machine
- Recognizes, deploys andproperly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling
- To meet delivery andproductivity targets.
- Responsible to meet allquality requirements. Perform quality control checks and record readings.
- Performs daily andregular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery.
- Carry out inspection andmeasurement of the component as per specification.
- Strictly adhering tosafety procedures and regulations
- Maintains continuityamong work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
- Component drawingreading and understanding of dimensional & geometrical tolerances
- Knowledge & hands onuse of Measuring Instruments & Gauges
- Knowledge of NewGeneration Cutting Tools and ParametersBasic knowledge of fixturing.
- Knowledge of CNCprograming
- Problem Solving skills
- Ability to work as partof a team
- Safe Handling andLoading/Unloading of Components
- Basic knowledge of QMS \xe2\x80\x93ISO 9000 , 14001, 18000Know-how of Workshop Safety aspects and 6S
- Awareness of IndustrialSafety Rules
