Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines for
cutting, engraving, and routing
on MDF, acrylic, wood, etc.
Handle
tool & bit selection, setting, and calibration
.
Create and edit basic programs (G-code) if required.
Interpret design files from
CorelDraw / Illustrator / ArtCam
.
Ensure quality control of finished products.
Plan daily production and meet targets.
Manage machine maintenance and reduce breakdown time.
Maintain a safe, clean production environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in
CNC machine operation
Knowledge of
toolpath setting & work holding
Basic knowledge of
G-code (preferred)
Experience with MDF, plywood, acrylic, and similar materials
Leadership & team handling skills
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills
Experience:
1-3+ years preferred (or skilled candidate with strong hands-on knowledge)
