We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines in our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring precision machining of components, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing machine efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, cutting, drilling, grinding, etc.) as per production requirements.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Load raw materials and perform quality checks on finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
Monitor production processes and report deviations or machine issues to the supervisor.
Maintain records of daily production output, inspection reports, and downtime.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with factory standards.
Collaborate with the quality and maintenance team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
2-5 years of experience in operating CNC machines in a factory setup.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and machining processes.
Knowledge of CNC programming is an added advantage.
Familiarity with measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
