Job Title: CNC Turning Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal

candidate will have experience in operating and programming CNC turning machines, with a strong

understanding of NC programming and the ability to set up machines for production runs.

Responsibilities:

? Operate CNC turning machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings

and specifications

? Understand and interpret NC programs to set up and operate machines

? Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with

quality standards

? Adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure optimal performance and minimize waste

? Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain

production flow

? Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and best practices

Requirements:

? High school diploma or equivalent

? Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating and programming CNC turning machines

? Strong understanding of NC programming and ability to set up machines for production runs

? Experience with precision measuring instruments and ability to interpret engineering drawings

and specifications

? Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machinery

? Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

? Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
