Set up CNC machines, load materials, and input program parameters.
Monitor machine operations, make adjustments for quality and efficiency.
Conduct routine maintenance and tool changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
Collaborate with programmers and engineers.
Maintain production and maintenance records.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic Prior CNC machine operation experience will advantage.
Basis Understanding of CNC programming and Drawings.
Basic computer literacy.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials.
Comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
