About the Role

Milestone Aluminium is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

CNC Machine Operator

with hands-on experience in the

facade industry

, especially with

Elumatec machines

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines, ensuring machining accuracy, and understanding fabrication drawings related to facade manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and manage

CNC machines

, with a focus on

Elumatec machining centers

. Perform

basic CNC programming and adjustments

to meet job requirements. Set up machines for production, including tools, fixtures, and materials. Conduct

quality checks and inspections

to ensure dimensional accuracy and finish. Interpret and work from

facade fabrication drawings and machining details

. Maintain production logs and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and calibration of machines. Identify and report machine issues and assist in troubleshooting. Collaborate with fabrication and engineering teams to optimize workflow and output. Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe workplace.

Required Skills & Experience

? 2-5 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator in the facade or metal fabrication industry
? Hands-on experience in Elumatec machine operation and basic programming
? Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication and machining drawings
? Basic understanding of machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance
? Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
? Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
