Job Description

Rough and finish grinding of Parallel & Woodruff Keys and other Automotive parts
Run the machine as per cycle time allocated
Watch the tool life and change as required
Follow process as per process drawing and inspect as per control plan
Maintain hourly production monitoring
Make minor adjustments in the offset and change tools as required
Ensure parts don't get damaged during handling
Meet production quality & Quantity
Maintain work place in compliance with 5S
Maintain consumables' and make use of complete life of them
Check and maintain machines for cleanliness & Lubrication
Maintain safe operating Conditions Maintain production log

Follow all company safety protocol
Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift
Check machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionality.
