Qualifications Required

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production or related field 1-3 years of CNC operating experience Passion for precision, quality, and safety Safety first Mindset with pride in machine ownership Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing production requirements Teamwork orientation and effective communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines to produce precision components as per drawings Set up machines, load tools, adjust work offsets, and ensure machining accuracy Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances Perform routine machine checks, calibration, and basic preventive maintenance Inspect finished parts using Vernier callipers, micrometers, and gauges Maintain accurate production and quality records Ensure adherence to safety, PPE usage, and 5S standards Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
