Load raw materials and set workpieces correctly on the machine.
Start and monitor machining cycles to ensure smooth operation.
Make basic adjustments to machine settings as required.
Conduct trial runs to ensure parts are produced as per specifications.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height gauges.
Compare dimensions with engineering drawings and report discrepancies.
Maintain high-quality standards and minimize rework or wastage.
