Key Responsibilities of a CNC Operator:

Machine Setup:

CNC operators prepare the machines by loading materials, installing tools, and setting up the correct program parameters.

Machine Operation:

They monitor the machines during operation, ensuring accuracy and making adjustments as needed.

Material Handling:

CNC operators load and unload materials into the machines, which may involve lifting and positioning heavy components.

Quality Control:

They inspect finished parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and tolerances.

Maintenance:

CNC operators perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, and may troubleshoot minor issues.

Safety:

They adhere to safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Documentation:

CNC operators maintain records of production, including machine settings, part specifications, and any issues encountered.
Setting up and running the CNC equipment

Programming the CNC machines to perform the correct procedures

Performing routine maintenance on the machines

Diagnosing and troubleshooting minor malfunctions

Performing quality checks before running the machines and quality control of processed parts

Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring a safe and clean work environment

Collaborating with other members of the production team

Reporting any defects, errors, and hazards

CNC Operator Requirements:

2 - 3 years' experience in CNC machines.

Strong knowledge of machining procedures

Good mechanical aptitude

Sharp eye for detail

Salary: As per Industrial standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
