CNC/Manual Machine Operator - Aluminum Fabrication
Job Location - Malur (Should be ready to relocate)

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and experienced CNC and manual machine operators to join our aluminum fabrication team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC and manual machines to fabricate aluminum parts and components according to specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine operation: Operate CNC and manual machines, such as milling machines, lathes, and grinders, to fabricate aluminum parts and components.

2. Quality control: Inspect parts and components for quality and accuracy, and make adjustments as necessary.

3. Machine maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, to ensure optimal performance.

4. Material handling: Handle and store aluminum materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.

5. Collaboration: Work with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

1. ITI qualification: ITI qualification in relevant trade, such as machinist, fitter, or CNC operator.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operating CNC and manual machines in an aluminum fabrication environment.

3. Technical skills: Strong understanding of CNC and manual machine operations, including programming and troubleshooting.

4. Quality awareness: Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards.

5. Safety protocols: Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for working with machines and materials.

Preferred Skills

1. CNC programming: Experience with CNC programming languages, such as G-code and M-code.

2. CAD/CAM software: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, such as Mastercam or SolidWorks.

3. Aluminum fabrication: Knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques and materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
