Key Responsibilities:
CNC Machine Operation:
Operate and maintain CNC machines, including laser cutting and bending equipment, to fabricate wooden components with precision.
Programming & Tool Setting:
Program CNC machines using appropriate software, set up tools, and calibrate machines to ensure accurate production.
Job Setting:
Prepare and load raw materials, set machine parameters, and ensure efficient workflow for each job.
CAD Drawing Development:
Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings from rough sketches and specifications provided by engineers or architects.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and make adjustments as necessary.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience operating CNC machinery in a woodworking environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CNC programming, tool setting, and job setup. Experience with CNC laser cutting and bending machines is essential.
Software Knowledge:
Familiarity with CNC software and CAD/CAM programs for programming and design purposes.
Attention to Detail:
Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring high-quality output.
Communication Skills:
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate technical information clearly.
