CNC Cutting Operator (Plasma / Oxy-Fuel / Profile Cutting)

To operate CNC

Plasma / Oxy-Fuel / Profile cutting machines

for accurate plate cutting as per drawings while meeting production and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC plasma / oxy-fuel cutting machines Read fabrication drawings & cutting layouts Assist in CNC program loading and basic editing Set cutting parameters as per material & thickness Monitor cutting accuracy & cut quality Ensure correct material marking & identification Perform daily inspection & basic maintenance Maintain production records & job cards Follow safety practices for gas, plasma & electrical systems Coordinate with QC and fabrication teams
Machine & Material Handling

CNC Plasma Cutting Machine CNC Oxy-Fuel Cutting Machine Materials: MS plates, structural steel Thickness: Medium to heavy plates
Skills & Competencies

CNC profile cutting knowledge Understanding of plasma & gas cutting parameters Drawing reading skills Equipment maintenance awareness
Qualification

ITI / Diploma (Fitter / Machinist / Welder) Freshers with basic CNC exposure acceptable
Experience

0-5 years in CNC cutting operations
Working Conditions

Shift-based shop-floor role High-temperature & heavy-plate handling area
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
