Job Overview

We are hiring

Machine Operators

for

Intraocular Lens (IOL) manufacturing

. The role involves operating and monitoring

precision manufacturing machines

used in the production of IOLs while ensuring adherence to

quality, safety, and cleanroom standards

.

Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation

Operate assigned

IOL manufacturing machines

such as: Lathe / CNC / polishing / hydration / packaging machines (as applicable) Load and unload materials and components as per SOPs. Set basic machine parameters under supervision.

Production & Process Control

Monitor machine performance and process parameters. Ensure production output meets

quality and productivity targets

. Identify abnormalities, alarms, or deviations and immediately inform supervisors.

Quality & Compliance

Follow

GMP, ISO 13485, and SOPs

strictly. Perform

in-process visual checks

to ensure defect-free output. Maintain cleanliness and aseptic discipline in cleanroom areas.

Documentation

Fill

batch records, machine logs, and production checklists

accurately. Record downtime, rejections, and material usage.

Safety & Housekeeping

Follow

safety procedures

while handling machines and tools. Maintain 5S and workplace cleanliness.

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production or equivalent)

Freshers welcome

Experience in

medical devices / ophthalmology industry

is an added advantage.

Skills Required

? Basic machine operation knowledge
? Willingness to learn precision manufacturing processes
? Ability to follow SOPs and instructions
? Good hand-eye coordination
? Willingness to work in

shifts and cleanroom environment

Cleanroom / Controlled area

Mandatory gowning and hygiene practices Standing work and machine handling

Salary (Indicative)

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (freshers) (Based on shifts, skill level, and company policy)*
