Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Press Brake Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain our CNC press brake machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately. In addition to machine operation, you will bring expertise in creating and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints, ensuring that our manufacturing processes align with precise specifications. Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC press brake machines according to job specifications, including tooling selection and machine settings.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
- Program CNC press brake machines using appropriate software and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
- Operate CNC press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal materials to precise measurements.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying any defects or discrepancies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC press brake machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet production targets.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including materials used, production times, and machine maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining or related field preferred.
- Proven experience operating CNC press brake machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Ability to program CNC press brake machines and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
