Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient running of production and be able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle. Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, feed, etc.). Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines. Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools. Test the operation of machines periodically to ensure smooth functioning. Fix issues that might occur during the shift. Maintain activity logs and update production records. Follow safety protocols and company guidelines. Report to supervisors or maintenance staff as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role. Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools. Understanding of production procedures. Adherence to health and safety regulations. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication abilities. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Forklift certification (if applicable). Experience with CNC machines or other specialized equipment.
