Description for CNC Lathe Programmer


Working experience on Fanuc Controller


Making programmer for job manually on a controller and on CAM software (mastercam) as per the drawings and/or CAD files given by designer


Manual programming


Job setting on machine


Manual Lathe and milling operations


Assisting design


Quality inspection machined parts


Assisting design


Engineer in feasibility study


Inventory management for cutting tools and machine consumables using IMS


Maintaining job card/ log book using PMS


Periodic maintenance of machine tools


CAD Experience


Work experience in die & mold industry


Engineering drawing reading


Knowledge of different cutting tools and measuring instruments


Basic knowledge on CNC milling operations and programming


Working experience with variety of raw materials knowledge on GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerance)

Qualifications B.Tech /Diploma in mechanical engineering or Diploma in Tool & Die /Certificate course in machinist tool room Certificate course in cnc milling and turning/Advance certificate course in cnc machining/Post Diploma in tool design and CAD CAM

Experience 3 to 5 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
