Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

CNC Lathe Operator

with strong hands-on exposure to CNC turning operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of reading technical drawings, setting up tools, and producing precision components as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Lathe machines and perform precision turning operations. Set up the machine, tools, work offsets, and fixtures. Read and interpret engineering/technical drawings. Edit minor CNC programs (Fanuc/Siemens) when required. Inspect finished parts using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety standards. Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

2 years

of hands-on experience in CNC Lathe operations. Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc/Siemens preferred). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong understanding of tooling, cutting parameters, speeds & feeds. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.
