High school diploma or equivalent.
Hands-on experience operating CNC lathes (1-5+ years depending on job level).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators).
Understanding of G-code and CNC controls.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
