Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator with 0-2 years of experience to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to technical specifications. Freshers with basic knowledge and training in CNC operations are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe/milling/drilling/etc.) as per job requirements. Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and positioning. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machine settings. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Perform basic maintenance on machines and keep work area clean. Report any malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor. Maintain safety and quality standards in all operations.

Required Qualifications:

12th / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Basic understanding of CNC machine operations and tooling. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with measuring instruments. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines. Experience with CNC lathe, milling, or turning machines. Knowledge of G-code and M-code (optional but desirable).
