Job Description

We are looking for a

CNC Lathe Machine Operator

who can operate a

Pinacho CNC lathe

with a

12-inch chuck

to make metal parts safely and correctly. This role is for someone who understands basic machine operation and follows instructions properly.

Key Responsibilities (Simple Language)

Run the

CNC lathe machine

as per job instructions. Load and unload metal components in the

12-inch chuck

. Check the

job drawing

and follow dimensions. Do

basic machine setting

(tool change, zero setting, offset setting). Start the program and monitor the machine during operation. Measure parts using

vernier, micrometer, or gauge

to ensure correct size. Maintain

machine cleanliness

and basic daily checks. Inform supervisor if there is any

machine problem or abnormal noise

. Follow

safety rules

at all times.
Skills Required

Basic knowledge of

CNC lathe operation

. Ability to read

simple drawings

. Basic understanding of

tools and cutting inserts

. Knows how to use

measuring instruments

. Attention to safety and quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,343.22 - ₹29,980.20 per month
