Job Description

Select, install, and align appropriate tooling, dies, and attachments.

Interpret engineering drawings, and work orders to produce accurate parts. Adjust machine settings such as speed, force, and depth to achieve required specifications.

Quality & Inspection

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools. Identify defects and perform necessary adjustments or report issues to supervisors. Maintain accurate production records and document any deviations or rework.

Maintenance & Safety

Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments. Follow all workplace safety rules and ensure safe operation of equipment. Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions promptly.

Production Support

Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet daily production targets. Assist with material handling, loading/unloading sheets or parts, and organizing workstations. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
