Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup:

Setting up the CNC cylindrical grinding machine, including selecting the appropriate grinding wheel, tooling, and fixtures, and ensuring proper alignment and calibration.

Operation:

Operating the CNC machine to grind parts according to specifications, monitoring the grinding process, and making adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.

Quality Control:

Inspecting the finished parts to ensure they meet the required dimensional tolerances, surface finish, and other quality parameters.

Maintenance:

Performing routine maintenance on the grinding machine, such as cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn parts, to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the grinding process, such as machine malfunctions or quality problems.

Safety:

Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
