Job Description

Candidate should have experience in handling CNC Cutting Tools.

Desired qualification - Mechanical Engineers (B.E / Diploma in mechanical Engineering) for the post of Sales Engineer to improve Sales and do trials and prove out in CNC machines.

DME / BE Mechanical.

01 to 10 years Experience in Cutting tools / CNC Machine will be added advantage.

Qualifications:

- 01 to 10 years of experience in CNC cutting tools and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in CNC tooling and carbide inserts, with expertise in turning, milling, grooving, drilling, fine boring, CBN, PD, and BR-40.

- Strong sales skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

- Basic knowledge of cutting tools is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be

responsible for driving sales

and

providing technical expertise in CNC cutting tools to our clients.

- Drive sales by using technical knowledge and sales skills to engage with customers, answer questions, and address queries effectively.

- Manage schedules, organize important documents, and communicate relevant information to clients.

- Ensure that all sales-related equipment and materials are prepared and maintained.

- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.

- Process all orders accurately and in a timely manner.

- Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or problems.

- Organize and store financial and non-financial data electronically and prepare reports.

- Monitor progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.

- Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials or events.

- Ensure adherence to relevant laws and company policies.
