Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation & Setup:

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal sheets and plates according to specifications.

Blueprint Interpretation:

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine setup and operations.

Programming & Adjustments:

Program CNC press brake machines as needed or make adjustments to preloaded programs.

Quality Control:

Perform quality checks using measuring tools (e.g., vernier, protractor) to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with the machine as needed.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience with CNC programming and machine operation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
