Job Description

Overview

We're looking for an experienced CNC Bending/Press Brake Operator who can independently set up, program, and run bending machines to produce accurate sheet-metal parts.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings and bend specifications Create, edit, and optimize CNC bending programs Set up punches, dies, back-gauges, and complete machine setups Perform trial bends and adjust programs to meet tolerances Inspect parts using measurement tools (calipers, protractors, gauges) Troubleshoot bending issues (springback, alignment, tooling errors) Maintain tooling, machine cleanliness, and basic preventive checks Record production data and follow quality/safety standards

Requirements

2+ years experience operating CNC press brake/bending machines Hands-on programming experience (Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, LVD, Durma, etc.) Ability to calculate bend deductions/K-factor and understand material behavior Strong knowledge of fabrication tolerances and measurement tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

Sheet-metal fabrication background Experience with ISO/Lean/5S environments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
