Job Description

The CNC Bending Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC bending machines to produce accurate sheet metal components as per drawings and production requirements. The role ensures quality output, machine efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Set up and operate CNC bending machines according to job specifications Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and bending programs Select and install appropriate tools, dies, and fixtures Perform trial bends and adjust machine parameters to achieve required accuracy Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional and quality standards Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Identify and report machine issues, defects, or material deviations Maintain production records and follow quality procedures Adhere strictly to workplace safety and housekeeping standards Meet daily production targets and support timely job completion

Qualifications & Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade preferred Proven experience as a CNC Bending / Press Brake Operator Good knowledge of CNC bending machines and sheet metal processes Ability to read and understand technical drawings Basic understanding of quality checks and tolerances Attention to detail and commitment to safety

Production Supervisor / Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
