Job SummaryCNC Bending Operator is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC press brake/bending machines Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders Program CNC bending machines (manual input or offline programming) Select appropriate tooling, dies, and punches for each job Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools Adjust machine settings to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks Maintain production records and report defects or deviations Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to improve processes Controller: Cybelec
