Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC bending machines (press brakes, tube/pipe benders).
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Program or input bending parameters (angles, radius, sequence) as required.
Select and install appropriate tools, dies, and fixtures.
Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, gauges).
Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and tolerances.
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace procedures.
Record production data and report defects or machine issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
