Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC bending / press brake machines as per approved drawings and job cards.
Select and install correct punches, dies, and tools.
Perform bending for furniture components .
Read and understand technical drawings and bend layouts.
Follow CNC programs provided by the programmer.
Adjust basic parameters such as bend angle, back gauge, and bend sequence.
Inspect first-piece and in-process parts using measuring instruments.
Check dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper ,scale, angle gauge, etc.)
Maintain proper machine settings to avoid defects and rejections.
Handle MS, SS, aluminum, and furniture-grade metal parts carefully.
Prevent damage to coated, powder-coated, or laminated surfaces.
Follow all safety procedures and machine operating instructions.
Ensure emergency stops, guards, and safety sensors are working.
Perform minor machine maintenance and cleaning.
Coordinate with supervisor on work priorities.
Maintain daily production records.
Requirements:
Experience in CNC press brake / bending machines.
Understanding of metal bending principles.
Knowledge of MS, SS, aluminum, and wood-metal furniture parts.
1 to 2 years Experience .
ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical.
