CNC Lathe Operator / VMC Operator

Key Responsibilities

Set, operate, and monitor CNC Lathe / VMC machines based on daily job plans. Interpret drawings, program coordinates, and tool paths. Perform job setup, tool changes, and offset adjustments. Ensure dimensional accuracy using micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges. Troubleshoot machining problems and maintain machine efficiency. Inspect finished components and ensure zero-defect output. Maintain machine cleanliness, lubrication, and daily checklist records. Follow strictly all safety rules and operational standards.

Skills Required

Good experience in CNC Lathe or VMC operations. Understanding of G-code / M-code (additional programming skills is a plus). Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection. Ability to work independently and meet production targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
