Role Overview

We are looking for consulting professionals with experience in transformation projects and those who have a consultative mindset to address customer pain points.
Relevant Experience Levels: Consultant Senior Consultant Manager Consultant
Locations: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida/Gurgaon
Education: Engineering/equivalent (mandatory), MBA (highly preferred)
Mandatory Skillsets and Experience:
xc2xb7 Collaborate with the client and Cognizant Tech & Design teams to ideate new experiences & features, elaborate features into epics and stories, document functional and non-functional requirements.
xc2xb7 Participate in product discovery phase and provide insights & enhancements that would benefit the end customer.
xc2xb7 Take complete ownership of the product and monitor the product performance through relevant metrices.
xc2xb7 Exposure in creating business requirement document / functional requirement document.
xc2xb7 Experience in creating workflows, user stories and driving sprint grooming sessions.
xc2xb7 Experience working on large deals and business pursuits.
xc2xb7 Ability to effectively perform both in a team and as an individual
xc2xb7 Should be proactive and self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks vs time.
xc2xb7 Strong customer orientation and excellent research and problem-solving skills with a focus attention to detail. Should have played client facing roles in previous projects.
xc2xb7 Balanced temperament towards work a blended characteristic of patience and always striving to achieve better value for the client and organization.
Domain Skills
xc2xb7 Experience in consulting-oriented roles in telecom industry, business/strategy, process or technology areas
xc2xb7 Good understanding of key telecom business processes such as Order to activate, Lead to Quote, Quote to Order, provisioning, billing etc. (along with eToM business frameworks understanding)
xc2xb7 Exposure to the BSS / OSS of the communication providers
xc2xb7 Independently working and coordinating with the key stakeholders involved in the telecom processes.
xc2xb7 Working knowledge in the telecom products
o CRM
o Billing
o Provisioning
o Ordering
xc2xb7 Understanding the telecom networks and concepts of SDN will be an advantage.
xc2xb7 eTOM certifications and training are desirable.
xc2xb7 Understand the industry trends, business imperatives, strategic growth areas and underlying technology trends
Desirable Skills:
xc2xb7 Exposure and understanding of key digital battlegrounds such as IoT, Edge, Analytics and Cloud.
xc2xb7 Experience in using AGILE/ SCRUM principles and techniques
xc2xb7 PMP / CBAP / CSPO / CSM certifications are desirable.
xc2xb7 Exposure on Digital tools and platforms in Infra and application space
xc2xb7 Working knowledge in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence
xc2xb7 Working knowledge in workflow modelers
