Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CMS solutions market.
Pitch and sell CMS-based websites, e-commerce solutions, and related IT services to clients.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation, proposal writing, negotiation, to deal closure.
Build strong and long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the CMS domain.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Maintain sales records and prepare regular business reports.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
6 months - 3 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development (preferably in CMS solutions).
Knowledge of popular CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Drupal, etc.).
Strong communication, client interaction, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Result-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with international client handling (preferred).
Qualifications:
Graduate in BBA, MBA, or any relevant field.
