JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
5+ Years in managing IT projects of varied scale, complexity
Should have implemented Collection / Delinquent / Debt Management Application OR Loan Management Application at some of the NBFC /MFI of similar to Aye Finance or bigger in size.
Working experience with NBFC is must.
Should have worked on any of the Collection application e.g. Credgenics, FinnOne, EBIXCash, Qualtech
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Development experience using any of the language set - Java/J2ee/Spring/Hirbernate/MVC OR Python/Oracle/MongoDB OR MEAN OR MERN
Hands on experience in writing complex ANSI SQL Queries, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, MS-SQL Queries
Hands on experience of performance tuning of big/complex queries
Good experience with MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
Experience of bulk data upload into DB table, Data extraction from DB, JOB/Scheduler
MANAGERIAL SKILLS * Should be able to develop comprehensive project plan that involves multiple vendor, applications and internal stakeholders.

• Understand importance / criticality of the project, manage the project risk and take preventive action to bring back the project on track.
• Should be able work with the Sr. Management / Functional managers / business user
• Self-initiator, takes ownership and understands the importance of being disciplined and consistent

• Should be able to communicate with clarity over email/meetings, understands the context
• Should be able to lead the team of Developer, Tester & Business Users
