You'll be part of a growing environment where creativity, problem-solving, and technical precision come together to build modern, scalable web experiences.

What You'll Do

Convert high-fidelity designs from Figma (or similar tools) into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces. Create user interfaces without detailed mockups, using strong visual sense and modern UI/UX principles. Build responsive, mobile-first layouts that perform smoothly across all major browsers and devices. Work closely with designers and backend developers to align on design accuracy, usability, and implementation. Develop and customize frontends for CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify. Maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code with proper Git version control. Ensure accessibility, performance optimization, and visual consistency across all pages. Stay updated with the latest web design and front-end development trends.
What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Ability to translate designs from Figma or Sketch into pixel-accurate UIs. Skilled enough to build UI layouts and interactions without complete mockups. Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern CSS frameworks. Experience with WordPress and Shopify front-end customization and theme integration. Understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals, color theory, spacing, and typography. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), semantic HTML, and best practices. Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
Bonus Skills

Exposure to React.js or component-based frameworks. Knowledge of front-end performance metrics (LCP, CLS, etc.) and optimization. Familiarity with front-end build tools (Vite, Webpack) and CI/CD workflows. Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.
Soft Skills

Strong eye for aesthetics and usability. Self-starter attitude -- able to work independently and manage deadlines. Open to feedback and continuous learning. Good communication and team collaboration skills.
