Summary:




We are looking for a passionate, intelligent, and experienced person who can manage the production and publishing of new content and content edits for our global websites.


As a CMS Content Editor, you will act as the Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all site applications - Sitecore 10.4 CMS, Brightcove Video Management, and Lionbridge Translation Portal - for our 49 global websites in 21 languages. The position will focus specifically on supporting the Hollister websites and digital marketing projects.



Responsibilities:




Develop and manage site content and functionality as it pertains to day-to-day operations and ongoing site enhancements using Sitecore 9.2 Content Management System (CMS) Bring a thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for managing CMS content and ensure these are in place to maintain the integrity of the global websites Manage website assets and content to support SEO, product launches, landing pages, promotional assets, and online product catalog to meet required deadlines Manage the technical translation process in collaboration with Lionbridge, our preferred Translation Service Provider. Configure new country sites, site pages, forms and features in the Content Management System Actively drive, organize, and implement key enhancements in the CMS and troubleshoot any issues Provide QA testing support for new site improvements Support administration and management of required integrations and functionalities with other platforms, such as Marketing Cloud, Salesforce.com, etc. Provide CMS recommendations for marketing and campaign effectiveness

Work Experience Requirements




Number of Overall Years Necessary 5+ in Marketing and/or IT Minimum 3+ years of experience in online marketing, ecommerce or related field Demonstrated experience managing Content Management Systems, Sitecore highly preferred



Education Requirements




BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred



Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:




Experience managing Content Management Systems for global sites in multiple languages, Sitecore highly preferred Established knowledge of the digital media landscape, creative design, html, CSS guidelines, and web-page creation Experience in QA testing, including cross-browser, cross-platform testing and managing issue resolutions Excellent communication and influencer skills: verbal and written Experience in working with countries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific Strategic thinking, prioritization skills, troubleshooting and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects is required. Experience collaborating with Social Media, Email Marketing and Marketing Automation teams Innovative, organized, motivated, high-energy team player Project Management Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Pardot, and Salesforce experience is a plus
