As a CMO Staff (Credit Marketing Officer), you will be responsible for acquiring credit customers, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end credit processing to support our sales and financing growth.
Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); a Diploma (D3) is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in credit marketing, leasing, or sales (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in the field, meet targets, and travel to prospective customer locations.
• Honest, disciplined, and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Promote financing products to prospective customers and dealers.
• Conduct credit surveys, collect application data, and verify customer eligibility.
• Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
• Follow up on leads, ensure timely application processing, and assist customers throughout the credit process.
• Achieve monthly credit approval and disbursement targets in line with company goals.
