B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

2 to 5 years

Up to ₹30,000 per month

Key Skills & Requirements:

Hands-on experience in

operating machines

(both automation and manual). Proficiency in

Calypso software

for measurement and inspection. Experience in handling

Zeiss CMM machines

. Skilled in operating

joysticks

for machine controls. Ability to perform

visual auditing

and interpret technical diagrams/pictures. Good understanding of measurement programs and ability to read/interpret inspection results. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspection using CMM machines (Zeiss) and Calypso software. Conduct dimensional inspection of components using manual and automated methods. Operate machines and ensure proper calibration and functionality. Interpret inspection reports, drawings, and diagrams to ensure quality compliance. Maintain documentation of inspection results and audit findings. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Support continuous improvement in quality processes.

Good analytical and technical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new inspection technologies.
