We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

CMM Quality Inspector

to join our team at

KR Puram

. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and programming

CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

and a strong understanding of quality inspection standards in manufacturing/engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

CMM inspection

of machined and fabricated components. Create and modify

CMM programs

based on part drawings and requirements. Verify

dimensional accuracy

of parts and ensure compliance with design specifications. Prepare and maintain

inspection reports

, measurement records, and calibration data. Identify and report

non-conformances

, assist in root cause analysis, and support corrective actions. Ensure adherence to

quality standards

and inspection processes. Coordinate with production and design teams for quality improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

CMM operation or inspection

. Good knowledge of

CMM software

(Zeiss / Mitutoyo / Hexagon preferred). Ability to read and interpret

engineering drawings & GD&T symbols

. Basic understanding of

ISO / quality systems documentation

. Willingness to join

immediately

Education:

Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering (preferred)
