Perform regular maintenance, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of CMM machines to maintain optimal measurement accuracy.
Analyze measurement data and prepare detailed inspection reports to support quality control and continuous process improvement.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and support improvement initiatives.
Train and mentor junior team members in CMM programming, operation, and quality inspection techniques.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
for accurate interpretation of engineering drawings.
Use advanced metrology tools and software to interpret measurement results and contribute to ongoing quality improvement activities.
