CMM Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

Programming:

Develop, write, and edit CMM inspection programs using software (like PC-DMIS, Calypso) based on engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications.

Inspection:

Set up the CMM machine, run programs, and perform dimensional inspections on parts and assemblies.

Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze measurement data, interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), generate inspection reports (e.g., PPAP, AS 9102), and identify non-conformances.

Calibration & Maintenance:

Perform basic machine maintenance, calibration checks, and gauge studies (GR&R).

Collaboration:

Work with quality and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
