Job Summary
We are hiring a
skilled and experienced CMM Programmer
to join our precision-driven aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in
CMM programming, operation, and inspection
of high-precision components. This role is crucial in maintaining the
strict quality standards
required in aerospace part production.
Key Responsibilities
Create and modify
CMM inspection programs
using software like
PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar
Perform
first article inspections (FAI), in-process, and final inspections
on precision components
Interpret
GD&T and complex aerospace drawings
accurately
Prepare and maintain
inspection reports, deviation logs, and quality documentation
Ensure
100% compliance
with aerospace standards and quality control protocols
Identify and report non-conformities, assisting with root cause analysis
Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Maintain CMM machines and calibration standards
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
in CMM programming and operation
Strong knowledge of
PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent CMM software
Proficiency in
GD&T interpretation and use of measuring instruments
Experience in
aerospace / precision machining industry
preferred
Understanding of
ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to work in shifts and under tight deadlines
Educational Qualification
ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Tool Engineering or related field
Preferred Candidate Profile
Aerospace or precision component background
Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Immediate Joiners preferred
