Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

CMM Operator / Metrology Engineer

proficient in

Accurate CMM machines

and

Arcocade software

. The ideal candidate should have strong measurement skills, attention to detail, and experience in dimensional inspection of precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and program

CMM (Accurate make)

using

Arcocade software

. Perform dimensional inspection as per drawings and customer specifications. Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain quality records. Conduct first piece, in-process, and final inspection for machined components. Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments and CMM. Support production and quality teams in resolving dimensional issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

Hands-on experience with Accurate CMM and Arcocade software (Mandatory).

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CMM operation or metrology. Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
